Enter the Correct Recipient's Address
Please make sure to enter the recipient's address and phone number correctly to ensure your order is delivered to the right address and on time.

If an Incorrect Address Is Provided
If delivery cannot be completed because an incorrect address was provided, you may either collect your order from our production facility or arrange a new delivery.

If the Recipient Is Not Home
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be handed over to a family member, neighbor, or colleague. If no one is available to receive the order, you may collect it from our production facility or arrange a new delivery.

If You Refuse the Order
If the recipient refuses to accept the order after the courier has arrived, the delivery fee must still be paid.
